Why is only one photo processed when I submitted many?

If you received fewer photos than expected, two things are likely. If all the images were very similar or the exact same angle, they may have been grouped and edited together (grouping is based on visual similarity, not timestamp). Or deduplication may be removing near-duplicates.

Check your deduplication setting

If deduplication is on in your Style Settings, near-duplicate images are removed automatically. Turn it off if you want every angle edited.

Grouping by visual similarity

Very similar angles get grouped into one bracket set. To force them to edit separately, upload them as separate shoots.

If neither explains it

Let us know the name of the photo shoot and we'll have our developers look into it.
