Why isn't my twilight generating and will I get those credits back?

Twilights should generate in about 30 seconds — if nothing is happening after that, something went wrong on our end. The good news: credits should not have been spent if the twilight didn't actually generate, and we'll refund any failed attempts.

What to try first

• Refresh the page.
• Click the loop/regenerate icon over the Twilight button — regenerations are free, so this won't cost extra credits.
