Why am I receiving a .crdownload file instead of a Zip file?
The .crdownload file means your browser (typically Chrome) is still downloading or the download was interrupted. Chrome uses .crdownload for in-progress downloads — once complete, the file automatically becomes a proper .zip.
If it's stuck as .crdownload
- The download failed or was interrupted.
- Delete the incomplete .crdownload file.
- Restart the download and keep the browser window open until it finishes.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
If it keeps failing on a large batch
Try downloading in smaller batches.
