Why do my downloaded photos look different from the preview and use up credits?

The gallery preview is a compressed version for faster loading, so some detail difference is normal between preview and download. Credits are deducted on first download at 1 credit per photo — that's expected behavior, but you can verify in your credit log.

Preview vs. download difference

The gallery preview is compressed for faster loading. Some visual difference is normal. If the difference is dramatic — wrong colors, major quality issues — first confirm you downloaded from your listing gallery and not from a local backup of your raw input files. Raw inputs look completely different from the edited output.

Credits used up

  • 1 credit = 1 photo, charged on first download.
  • For a normal shoot that's expected.
  • If the math feels off (more credits used than photos downloaded), check your credit log at autohdr.com/account — it shows every deduction.
