Why did my photos come back with a green tint and can I get the credits back?

A green tint on output photos usually comes from one of two places: a white balance issue in your input photos, or a raw file interpretation issue on our processing side. We can usually fix either one.

Step 1: Check your input photos

Click View Inputs to see if the input images you uploaded have a green tint. If they do, the issue is a white balance problem in the original shoot. We can generally remove even excessive color casts, so we can reprocess these.

Step 2: If inputs look clean

If your inputs look normal, it's likely a raw file interpretation or conversion issue on our end. New raw file formats come out often, and we sometimes need to optimize our algorithms for new formats.
