Where did my credits go? They disappeared without me downloading anything.

Credits can decrease for several reasons beyond downloading your main edited photos — including twilight generation, virtual staging, AI Re-Edits beyond your free allotment, and team members drawing from the same pool. You can see exactly where credits went in your credit log at autohdr.com/account.

Common credit deductions

  • Downloads — 1 credit per photo on first download. Re-downloading the same photo does not charge again.
  • Virtual Twilight generation — 5 credits to create, plus 1 to download.
  • Virtual Staging — same as Twilight: 5 credits to create, 1 to download.
  • AI Re-Edit — 3 free per shoot, then 1 credit each.
  • Grass enhancement, Declutter, Upscale — each runs 1 credit per photo.
  • Team members — teammates on your account draw from the same credit pool.

Free features that don't cost credits

  • AutoFill (adding items) — free.
  • AutoRemove (removing items) — free.

How to check your usage

Go to autohdr.com/account and view your credit log to see every deduction. If something looks wrong after checking, reach out and we'll review it with you.
