Why are my edits taking so long?

Most shoots finish in under 30 minutes. If yours is taking longer, check autohdr.com/listings for live status. The most common causes:

• Large RAW files — RAW uploads take significantly longer to process than JPEG. Switching to JPEG can cut your turnaround dramatically with no quality difference.
• Failed status — developers are automatically notified and will re-run it.
• Still in progress after an hour — re-uploading is safe (you only pay when you download), or wait — it may still be queued.
