Why am I getting a popup to purchase more credits when I try to download?

That popup means your account doesn't have enough credits to cover the download. Each photo costs 1 credit to download — so 10 photos requires 10 credits.

How to fix it

• Go to autohdr.com/pricing and add credits using the top-up bar.
• Plan members get a lower per-photo top-up rate than pay-as-you-go.
• Once credits are added, go back to your listings and the download will go through.
