Who owns the edited photos — me or AutoHDR?

You do. Per our privacy policy, you retain all right, title, and interest in your photos and edits — AutoHDR doesn't claim ownership. You can use, sell, license, or distribute them however you'd like, including to clients, brokers, and MLS platforms.

What you grant us

By uploading, you grant AutoHDR a license to use your images for processing, service operations, model development, and AI training. The full terms are at knowledge.autohdr.com/privacy-policy. Ownership stays with you; we just have permission to use the images for running and improving the platform.
