When will I receive my referral credits?

Referral credits show up after the person you referred uses your code. You should get an email confirming the credits were applied at that point.

If you haven't received credits yet

• If the referred person hasn't used your code yet, credits won't show up until they do.
• If you believe they signed up through your referral but credits haven't arrived, reach out with any proof you have — email thread, screenshot, etc. — and we'll look into it.
