Why is there a watermark on my photos?

Watermarks appear on the gallery preview on the Free plan — but the file you actually download is always clean regardless of plan.

This is expected on the Free plan. The watermark only appears on the preview view in your listing gallery. Download a photo and open it on your computer to confirm — the download is clean.

That shouldn't happen on any plan. Downloads are always clean. If your actual downloaded file has a watermark in it, that's a bug — let us know which specific photo and we'll look into it.
