How can I ensure my VA has access to download images from the listing email?

Set up a team account. Go to autohdr.com/account, scroll to the bottom, and add your VA's email. Your VA then needs to log in, go to autohdr.com/account → Team section, and click "Access team account." That gives them upload access, full listing visibility, and the shared credit pool.
