Why does my upload keep failing because of one bad image?

Upload in smaller batches — 10 to 20 files at a time — to isolate which file is causing the error. A single corrupt or unsupported file can block the entire shoot from uploading.

How to find the problem file

  • Upload 10–20 files at a time instead of the full shoot.
  • Once you find the problem file, open it in Lightroom or your camera software. If it doesn't open cleanly, it's corrupt. Re-export it or shoot a replacement.

Supported formats

AutoHDR supports JPEG and most major RAW formats. An uncommon or corrupted file is the most common cause of a single-image upload error that blocks the whole shoot.
