Why can't I upload my shoot?

If your shoot isn't uploading, the most common causes are a slow connection (large RAW files take time to even begin), a page refresh mid-upload (which cancels it), or a browser extension blocking the upload.

Things to check

  • Slow connection — large RAW files take a long time before the upload even begins. Wait a few minutes. Switching to JPEG uploads significantly speeds this up with no quality difference.
  • Refreshed the page mid-upload — this cancels the upload. Check autohdr.com/listings — if the shoot isn't there, re-upload. Also confirm you're logged into the same account you uploaded from.
  • Upload won't start at all — try a different browser or incognito mode to rule out a browser extension. If it still won't go, try uploading a smaller batch of files first to check if a specific file is the issue.
