Why didn't my Twilight or Staging photos download?

This happens when you use "Select All" and download directly without expanding the stack first. By default, Select All only grabs the original edited photos — it won't include Twilight, Staging, or other add-on edits that were applied afterward.

How to download everything

• Go to your listing gallery.
• Click Expand Stacks (button in the top toolbar).
• Then Select All → Download.

Expanding the stack reveals all the additional edited versions so they're included in the download.

Already downloaded and missing files?

Go back to the listing, expand the stack, and re-download.
