Why are my file uploads slow or failing?

Slow or failed uploads usually come down to your network connection, the size of the files, or sync lag — not AutoHDR itself. There are workarounds for each.

Common causes

• Slow or throttled Wi-Fi. Some ISPs throttle uploads to certain cloud storage providers based on geography. Try a different network, hotspot, or location.
• Large file sizes. Very large RAW files (especially multi-bracket sets) take longer and are more likely to time out. Converting to JPEG before upload is faster and produces the same edited quality.
• Interrupted uploads. A dropped connection mid-upload can leave you with partial files.

What to try

• Switch networks (different Wi-Fi, hotspot, or wired connection)
• Use the Dropbox or Google Drive picker on the AutoHDR upload box to upload directly from those platforms instead of from your computer
• Send a Google Drive or Dropbox share link to delivery@autohdr.com and we can manually run the photos through for you
