Why does my shoot appear to be frozen?

If your shoot looks stuck, the progress bar may just be stalled on large RAW files — wait a few more minutes. If it's still frozen after 30+ minutes, re-upload safely since re-runs don't cost credits.

What to do

  • Give it a few more minutes — large RAW files can cause the progress bar to stall temporarily while still uploading. Check back after 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Still stuck after 30+ minutes — check autohdr.com/listings for a failed status. If it's failed, developers are automatically notified and will rerun it. If there's no listing, re-upload — you only pay when you download.
  • Status shows "in progress" but hasn't moved in 30+ minutes — re-uploading is safe. You only pay when you download, so re-running the shoot won't cost you anything.
