Why aren't my RAW photos being edited?

The most common causes are that the shoot is still processing (RAW takes longer than JPEG), the shoot has failed and is being rerun, or the RAW format isn't yet supported.

Things to check

• Still processing — RAW files are larger and take longer than JPEGs. Check autohdr.com/listings for the status.
• Failed status — our developers are automatically notified and will rerun it.
• Unsupported RAW format — newer camera RAW formats occasionally aren't supported yet. Convert to JPEG and re-upload — the AI produces the same quality results from JPEG, and they process faster.

Shooting JPEG avoids all of this — faster uploads, faster processing, same output quality.
