Why didn't some of my projects process automatically?

Failed shoots are flagged automatically and our developers will rerun them. The other common causes are wrong-account uploads and uploads that didn't complete before you navigated away.

Things to check

  • Check autohdr.com/listings — any failed shoots will show a failed status. Developers are automatically notified of every failure and will rerun them.
  • Wrong account — if you have a team or multiple accounts, uploads may have gone to a different account. Check the account context in the top right of the page.
  • Uploads didn't complete — if you uploaded through Dropbox or the website and navigated away before it finished, some files may not have transmitted. Re-uploading is safe — you only pay when you download.
