Why did my photos start coming back wrong after switching cameras?

When you switch to a newer camera model, there are two common reasons AutoHDR might not process your photos correctly.

Common causes

• Missing lens profile — the camera and lens combination isn't in our database yet, which causes distortion or incorrect lens correction.
• New RAW file format — newer camera models sometimes output a RAW format we haven't configured yet, which can cause processing errors.

How to fix it

Email delivery@autohdr.com with the shoot (link or order ID) and the exact camera and lens you used. We'll add the profile so future shoots process correctly.
