Why have my photos been processing for over an hour?

An hour is longer than normal — most shoots finish in 5 to 10 minutes. Check autohdr.com/listings to see what's happening.

What you might see

  • Failed status — developers are automatically notified and will rerun it.
  • No listing at all — the upload likely didn't complete. Re-uploading is safe — you only pay for what you download.
  • Progress bar still showing after 15+ more minutes — re-uploading is safe even if a listing exists. You only pay when you download, so re-running the shoot won't cost you anything.
