Why aren't my uploaded photos appearing in my listings?

If you've uploaded and don't see anything in your listings, the most common causes are being signed into a different account, the shoot still processing, or the upload not completing.

Things to check

• Wrong account. Make sure you're logged into the same account you uploaded from — go to autohdr.com/listings and confirm the email in the top right matches where you uploaded. If you're on a team, also check that you're viewing the right account context (personal vs team) at the bottom of /account.
• Still processing. Most shoots are ready in 5 minutes or less. RAW files or large shoots can take a bit longer. Check for a progress bar in your listings.
• Upload didn't complete. If you navigated away or refreshed before the upload bar finished, the files may not have made it through. You can safely upload again — you only pay for what you download, so there's no charge for re-uploading.
