Why are my photos all coming back purple or heavily tinted?

Purple tinting across an entire shoot almost always means the RAW files had a format compatibility issue during conversion.

The fix

Convert your input files to JPEG and re-upload. The JPEGs will process cleanly.

For future shoots

Shooting JPEG directly avoids this entirely — faster upload, faster processing, same output quality.
