Why doesn't your system notify me by email when an edit fails?

We do send a notification email if an edit fails. If you didn't see it, check your spam folder. Our developers are also notified of all failures and try to re-run the shoot. If they can't, they leave notes in the listing and email you the cause and how to fix it.
