Why didn't I get an email confirmation after uploading?

If you uploaded photos but don't see the listing in autohdr.com/listings, the upload either didn't reach us or went to a different account.

What to do

• Check the right account. If you have multiple AutoHDR accounts, the upload may have gone to a different one. Go to autohdr.com/listings and confirm the account email in the top right.
• If there's no shoot in your listings page at all, we didn't receive the files for that account. Re-uploading is safe — you only pay for what you download, so there's no cost to running it again.
