Why isn't AutoHDR correcting lens distortion automatically?
AutoHDR applies lens correction automatically — but only for lenses in our database. If your lens isn't recognized yet, the correction won't apply.
Self-serve workaround
Convert your RAW files to JPEG using Lightroom or Capture One with Lens Corrections enabled during export, then re-upload. The exported JPEGs will have lens correction baked in, and AutoHDR processes them as-is — distortion stays fixed regardless of whether your lens is in our database.
Going forward
Shooting JPEG directly with your camera's in-body lens correction enabled accomplishes the same thing, as long as your camera supports a profile for that lens.
