Why is my Dropbox not syncing with AutoHDR?

Dropbox syncing issues are almost always caused by either the folder structure being slightly off or the Dropbox connection not being authorized in your AutoHDR account.

Check your folder structure

Your Dropbox must be set up exactly like this:

• /AutoHDR/123 Main Street/01-RAW-Photos/ — you upload your raw photos here (this is the folder AutoHDR watches)
• /04-FINALS-Photos/ — created automatically when editing finishes

Confirm Dropbox is connected

Go to autohdr.com/account and click Connect with Dropbox.

Wait for the 20-minute window

After you finish uploading files to the raw photos folder, AutoHDR waits about 20 minutes (in case you have more to add) before triggering a photo shoot. You can monitor the status at autohdr.com/listings.
