Why did my credits disappear after I downgraded my plan?

Downgrading a plan should not reduce your credit balance — credits roll over on any active paid plan. If your credits dropped after a plan change, the most likely cause is that the change was recorded as a cancellation rather than a downgrade, or that other deductions happened in between.

Most likely explanations

• The plan change was recorded as a cancellation rather than a downgrade. Cancellations do clear credits at the end of the billing period.
• Other deductions happened in between — twilight generations, downloads, AI Re-Edits, or other paid features — that you may not have noticed.

How to get it resolved

• Have us pull your history. Send us your account email and we'll figure out exactly what happened.
• Check it yourself. Go to autohdr.com/account — your subscription status will show whether the account is canceled or active, and the credit log shows exactly what was deducted and when.
