Why are my HEIC files failing silently on upload?

HEIC files should upload and process normally — they're a fully supported format. If yours are failing silently, that's not typical and points to something specific in your batch, connection, or file.

Things to try

• Try a smaller batch. If you're uploading many files at once, try a few HEIC photos in a separate test upload to see if it's a single-file issue.
• Check your connection. HEIC files are larger than JPEG, so a slow or unstable connection can make them appear to fail silently when they're actually still uploading.
• Make sure the file isn't corrupted. Open one of the failing HEIC files in your phone's Photos app or on your computer to confirm it opens normally.

If none of those fix it

If your HEIC files open fine, your connection is solid, and small batches still fail, that's a genuine issue on our end — send us your account email and one of the affected files so we can check what's happening.
