Why do my files keep getting renamed to the job name?

If "Original File Name" is set in your account but downloads are still coming back with the job name, the setting may be stuck. Try toggling it.

How to reset the setting

Toggle the setting off, save, then back on, save again, and re-download. This often resets a stuck setting.

If it's still not working

Check that you're on the correct account — if you have multiple accounts or a team account, style settings are per-account and may not be set the same everywhere.
