Do I lose credits when I get a file hash error?

No — you weren't charged anything. The hash error happens in your browser before the upload even reaches our servers, so no shoot was created and no credits were deducted.

Credits are only charged when you download a finished photo. You can safely retry uploads as many times as you need — failed upload attempts never deduct credits.
