Why did I get fewer final edited photos than the number of raw photos I uploaded?

If you received fewer final edited images than you expected based on your raws, there are three things to check.

1. Confirm all your raw files actually uploaded

Sometimes we don't receive all the files — especially through automations like Dropbox or platform integrations, or if you didn't fully select all of them when uploading through the website. You can upload any missing ones individually.

2. Check whether deduplication is on

Deduplication removes similar angles and reduces the output count. If you want every input preserved, turn it off.

3. Similar bracket angles may have been merged

We identify similar brackets through vision-based grouping and merge them before the HDR blending process. For example, a shot with a door open and a door closed may have been merged into one.

How to get separately blended versions

If you want both versions blended separately, upload the input brackets for those two angles as two different photo shoots — they'll come back edited as separate photos.
