Can I exclude or skip specific photos from being processed?

No — there's no way to select specific photos to process within a single upload. AutoHDR processes everything in the upload as one shoot.

Workaround

Upload only the photos you want processed. If you have a full shoot but only want certain photos edited, pull just those files into the upload. You can create multiple uploads from the same property to handle different subsets separately.
