This error means the shoot encountered an unexpected processing failure. Our system has already flagged it automatically, and we'll email you with next steps if we can't process it.

Common causes

• Unsupported file format: a new format we haven't configured yet — usually fixable by converting to JPEG and re-uploading.
• Minor software bug: we'll re-run the shoot on the previous stable version.
• Transient cloud compute failure: a simple re-run usually resolves it.
