My Dropbox shoot hasn't started processing — what should I check?
If a Dropbox shoot hasn't kicked off, first confirm it on the listings page. AutoHDR waits 20 minutes from your last upload before triggering — but if the shoot still doesn't appear, the folder name is the most common cause.
1. Check autohdr.com/listings
If you see the shoot listed there, processing has already started — just wait for it to finish.
2. If the shoot isn't listed after 15+ minutes
- Try uploading one more image to the 01-RAW-Photos folder to see if you can trigger the 20-minute window again.
- Check the folder name. Go to autohdr.com/account, find the integration section, and confirm your raw photos folder is named exactly as required (01-RAW-Photos — hyphens, capital P).
3. Still not processing?
If folder structure and timing both check out, email delivery@autohdr.com with your account email and shoot folder name and a human can have a developer debug it.
