Why are my drone shots coming back over-processed compared to my interiors?

AutoHDR automatically detects drone and aerial shots and runs them through a dedicated aerial model — different from how interior shots are processed. So they're already getting different settings under the hood.

Common levers to dial back

  • Sky Replacement — often the biggest offender on aerials. Toggle off (per-shoot at upload, or globally in autohdr.com/account → Style Settings) to keep your original sky.
  • Perspective Correction — can crop or warp wide drone shots in ways that look unnatural. Same toggle path.
  • Declutter — can remove background elements you wanted preserved. Same toggle path.

Use separate shoots for different settings

If you want different settings for drones vs interiors, upload them as separate shoots — settings are applied per shoot. Toggle off the features you don't want for your drone shoot, leave them on for your interior shoot.
