Why did my download fail and why are my credits gone?

For extremely large shoots, the download can time out. Credits are deducted when you press Download, but you can re-download the same files without losing additional credits.

What to do

• Try downloading in smaller chunks (e.g., first half, then second half) to avoid timeout
• Any photo already considered downloaded (with a checkmark on its thumbnail) can be downloaded again any number of times at no cost
