Why is there distortion on my listing?

Distortion comes from two sources — perspective correction or lens distortion. Try the fixes in this order.

Perspective correction (cropping or wide-angle warping)

Go to autohdr.com/account → Style Settings, toggle Perspective Correction off, then re-upload. Re-runs are free — you only pay when you download.

Lens distortion (curved walls or barrel)

If toggling perspective correction doesn't help, your lens profile isn't in our database yet. Convert your RAW files to JPEG using Lightroom or Capture One with Lens Corrections enabled during export, then re-upload. The exported JPEGs will have correction already applied — bypassing our database entirely.
