Do you accept CR3 files for bracket shots?

Yes — AutoHDR accepts all RAW file formats, including CR3. That said, occasionally a brand-new RAW format will cause a corrupted edit if we haven't seen it before — if you see a distorted result, shooting JPEG avoids the issue entirely.

RAW compatibility

We've processed thousands of variations across photographers. CR3 and the major RAW formats are supported. New formats sometimes appear and can get corrupted during sensor data conversion before editing — if that happens, let us know and we'll add compatibility.

The easier path: shoot JPEG

The AI is trained so JPEG and RAW produce identical quality. JPEG files are smaller, take less storage, upload faster, and edit faster — and you avoid any RAW format compatibility risk.
