Why did the CR3 files from my Canon R5II come back pink and unusable?

CR3 files coming back pink means the RAW sensor data was corrupted during conversion — this typically happens with newer camera models whose RAW format hasn't been fully configured yet.

Fix it now

Convert the images to JPEG and re-upload. JPEG uploads process correctly regardless of camera model.
