My cloud type setting isn't applying — exteriors keep coming back plain blue sky

If you have a cloud type set via your outdoor model but shoots come back with plain blue sky, here's what to check.

Sky Replacement was enabled at upload

Sky Replacement can be toggled on or off when you start a new shoot. If it was off for that upload, your cloud preference won't apply because the sky isn't being replaced at all. Re-upload with Sky Replacement enabled — re-runs are free since you only pay when you download.

Outdoor model is set correctly

Your cloud style (Fluffy, etc.) is tied to the outdoor model selection in autohdr.com/account → Style Settings. Confirm the outdoor model is set to the one with the cloud style you want. If it looks right but isn't applying, change it to something else, save, then back to your preferred model and save again. Re-upload to apply.

If both are set and it's still not working

Send us your account email and an affected shoot link — that points to a real issue on our end and we'll check what's happening.
