I was charged again after reuploading a job — can I get those credits back?

You only pay for what you download, so reuploading a job shouldn't double-charge you. If it sounds like you're being charged twice, it usually means we didn't receive all of your photos from the original shoot, so the reupload was treated as additional content.

What to try

• Reupload the missing images, or the entire shoot again.
• Then download only the photos that were missing the first time around.

Since charges are tied to downloads (not uploads), this approach will get you the missing photos without re-paying for the ones you already have.
