I can't download a large shoot — what should I do?

Large shoots can time out on slow or unstable connections. Try these steps:

• Make sure you're on a stable, fast connection — wired is best for large downloads.
• Try Chrome — it handles large downloads most reliably.
• Download in smaller batches — select half the photos, download, then do the other half. This avoids full-shoot timeouts.
