Why am I unable to download photos after signing up for the free trial?

You should be able to download photos as long as you have enough credits for the selection. The free trial gives you one week of credits based on the plan you selected.

How free trial credits work

For example, if your plan provides 500 credits a month, you'll get 125 credits during your free week trial. Downloads are gated by your available credit balance.
