Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with my bracketed HDR results?

Common cause: vision-based grouping

AutoHDR uses vision-based grouping to combine brackets. Sometimes ambient and flash brackets look so different from each other that they get grouped as separate exposures and edited individually, which produces poor results. If you see two different images where there should be one merged photo, that's a grouping issue with our algorithm — and we're always improving it.

Flash is not required

• If you try uploading bracketed HDR shots, the results often come surprisingly close to the flambient look.
• Many photographers who started with flambient have switched to HDR after seeing the results.
• Bracketed HDR saves time on site and in your workflow.
