Can I restore or download my original unedited photo?

AutoHDR doesn't currently let you download your original input brackets from your account — only the edited output is downloadable from the listing gallery.

About the "Original" toggle

The Original toggle you may see in the editor refers to the photo before post-processing tools (like fire or twilight) were applied — it's not the pre-AutoHDR input bracket.

Going forward

The safest move is to keep local copies of your raw bracket files on your own drive before uploading.

If you've already uploaded

If you need an original input bracket for a recent shoot, email delivery@autohdr.com with your account email and the shoot link. Input files are kept on our servers for a limited window after processing, and we may be able to retrieve it.
