Why isn't my specific camera's RAW format processing correctly?

If your RAW files aren't processing correctly, it's likely a format compatibility issue — your specific camera model outputs a RAW format we haven't fully configured yet.

Quickest fix

Convert your files to JPEG in Lightroom or Capture One and re-upload. JPEG uploads produce the same quality output and bypass the RAW conversion step entirely.

Email delivery@autohdr.com with the shoot link and your exact camera model. We'll add compatibility so future shoots process correctly from RAW.
