How can I make photos brighter with less noise?

Shoot at least 3 brackets at ±2 EV with a properly exposed middle bracket — and keep your ISO between 200 and 400. Brightness comes from bracket exposure range; noise comes from high ISO.

For brightness

Shoot 3 brackets at ±2 EV. Make sure your middle bracket is properly exposed and none of the three frames are too dark overall.

For less noise

Graininess comes from high ISO. For real estate, shoot between ISO 200-400 — that's the sweet spot for clean, low-noise output without sacrificing exposure.
