AutoRemove removed the wrong thing or didn't remove what I wanted — what now?

If AutoRemove didn't work as expected, tighten your selection around just the object you want removed. If that doesn't help, use AI Re-Edit as a fallback to describe what you want removed in words.

Troubleshooting steps

  • Tighten your selection: a loose selection around the object can cause the tool to remove or affect the wrong area. Circle tightly around just the object you want removed.
  • Use AI Re-Edit as a fallback: describe what you want removed (e.g., "remove the tripod in the corner") and the AI Re-Edit tool will attempt it in a more targeted way.

If neither works

Email delivery@autohdr.com with the shoot link and the specific photo. We'll investigate why AutoRemove didn't perform correctly on that image.
