Why does AutoHDR freeze when I try to upload?

Uploads can appear to freeze when large RAW files are still preparing, when a browser extension is interfering, or when a single corrupt file is blocking the batch. Let us know where you're uploading from (home page vs listing gallery) and what you're seeing — there's usually a quick fix.

Quick things to try first

  • Wait a few minutes — large RAW files can make the upload look stuck before they actually begin transmitting.
  • Try a different browser or incognito mode — rules out a browser extension or cache issue.
  • Upload in smaller batches (10–20 files at a time) — if a single corrupt file is blocking the upload, smaller batches help you find it.
  • Switch to JPEG — RAW files are much larger and slower to upload. JPEG uploads are significantly faster with no quality difference in the final output.
